The Millswood office opened under a globally recognised banner, setting a new standard of personalised service in Adelaide real estate.

2006

Eight years after the Millswood office first opened its doors, Adam Teague began his real estate career in the same 5034 postcode. Working under that respected global brand, he quickly built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and outstanding results. This marked the beginning of a journey that would later evolve into Teague Real Estate — more than just a name, but a legacy of trust, community, and proven outcomes.

2016

After a decade of dedication, Adam took ownership of the very business that shaped his early years. This milestone marked the start of a new chapter, grounded in the same values that earned him the community’s trust.

The company proudly evolved into Teague Real Estate — a name that reflects both Adam’s personal commitment and the strong local legacy behind it. While the office itself has been a familiar presence in the community since 1998, the Teague name represents a fresh era: driven, dynamic, and personable.

She began her career in property management, where she quickly built a solid foundation working closely with landlords to deliver great results and stress-free experiences. She later moved into a role alongside a private investor and developer, where she helped grow and manage a dynamic portfolio. From coordinating projects to overseeing renovations, Savvina played an active role in maximising property value and long-term performance.

Known for her bubbly personality and down-to-earth approach, Savvina loves building genuine connections with her clients.
